Photo/Media The site can accept JPEG, GIF, PNG, animated GIF and SWF media files in adverts. Images uploaded onto the site will be automatically sized to fit. When very large images have to be reduced by the site some file types may loose a little clarity. Uploading images nearer to the pixel sizes specified will give the best results. Regarding file sizes for static images; for fast operation of the site and ease of uploading, smaller file sizes are preferred, compressing large file sizes where necessary. Animated GIF and SWF media files have maximum file sizes. These are shown in the appropriate places within the site.

Placing an advert Register on the site. Once registered, you will be sent a password to enable you to login. This will take you to 'My Account' page.
From here you are able to change your password and account details. Set up additional accounts. Place and manage your adverts. Subscribe to 'Email Alerts' and view your 'Favourite Ads'.
For Farmers and Private Users highlight 'Place an Ad', 'Add a new item', create your advert and enter. Once you are happy with your advert, 'Activate'. Your advert will now be visible on the site.
For Businesses there are a number of ways to advertise:-
For 'Solo Ad' and 'Multi Ad' select duration time for advert, create your advert and on being returned to 'My Account' page you may activate your Ad. To do this, make sure the box in front of the item is ticked and press 'Place Ad'. Your Ad will now be visible on the site.
For 'Multi Ad' select the package and duration time for your advert. On selecting 'Create' you will be taken to the 'Multi Ad Form', this will allow you to make tailor made templates for your adverts. Detailed user instructions can be viewed and printed from this page. Having created your 'Multi Ad' you will be returned to 'My Account' page where you can manage the contents of this 'Multi Ad'. On pressing 'Place Ad' the 'Multi Ad' is purchased and then the items within it can be selected to show on the site immediately.
